Michael S. Cohen of Duane Morris LLP will be discussing Managing Your Managers to Manage Better. Too often we promote our high-performing employees to roles of management, expecting they will succeed at a similar level. It turns out, however, that rarely happens.

Michael will help us better understand how to prepare our managers, new or experienced, to succeed in their roles. Key areas of focus will include the hiring and interview processes, performance management & more!

We are offering a full day session in person as well as a lunch session that can be attended in person (lunch provided!) or virtually. Michael will be presenting both sessions.
