Uncover the core elements of Inclusion. This session will define each concept, address common misconceptions and illustrate how they shape workplace and community environments. Gain a solid foundation in understanding Equity and Inclusion fundamental principles, including exploring unconscious bias, microaggressions and exclusionary policy.


In each 90-minute session, you will: 
  • Learn what inclusion means and why it matters. 
  • Understand how diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) help our community and workplaces. 
  • Get useful tips and tools to put what you learn into practice.
