Valley Mortgage, Inc. helps people obtain mortgages on their real estate in North Dakota and Minnesota. We work with a variety of loan programs including Federal Housing Agency, Veteran's Administration, Rural Housing, Conventional, and North Dakota Housing First Time Homebuyers. Financing is also available for vacation homes and rental properties. Most of our staff has been in the mortgage business for over 15 years.
