Reach Partners is led by Anita Hoffarth and Rachel Asleson, who bring nearly 50 years of combined experience helping organizations move ambitious ideas from planning to completion. Together, they've managed statewide initiatives, coordinated hundreds of volunteers, facilitated conversations across diverse groups, and guided projects involving businesses, nonprofits, public agencies, and community leaders.

Every project is different, so we don't bring a one-size-fits-all process. We start by figuring out what's actually going on, build a roadmap together, and stay with you through the work of making it happen. Our clients don't hire us to tell them what their vision should be. They hire us to help protect that vision and make sure it becomes reality.
