No matter who you are, where you came from or what your story is, you re welcome here. Your mental health is what matters to us. We provide diagnostic assessments including DC-05 and ongoing therapy services for early childhood, families, couples, adolescents, adults and the elderly. We also offer Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Incredible Years, Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT this is coming soon!) and Trauma-Informed Child-Parent Psychotherapy (TI-CPP).
