Who We Are - FM Title is an attorney-owned and managed title company serving clients in North Dakota and Minnesota. FM Title, and its branches, provide the Fargo Moorhead, Lakes area (Lakes Title), Jamestown (Stutsman Title), Valley City (BarnesTitle), Wahpeton (Richland Title), and Williston (701 Title) real estate markets with experienced title and escrow employees who understand the closing needs of all parties involved, from start to finish. What We Do - We provide in-house abstracting, on-site attorneys who manage the day-to-day business, title insurance, commercial abstract and title, residential abstract and title, owner encumbrance reports, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange Services (residential and commercial), drafting of deed, plat drawings, and in-house closings. What We Provide: Flexibility - Because we offer the services mentioned above, start to finish, we are able to expedite the closing process to meet your tight deadlines. We understand that emergencies happen, and work with you to keep the closing process moving and meet your/your clients' deadlines. We offer remote closings, draft Powers of Attorney, and have other resources available to your clients if they are not able to be present for a closing due to travel, seasonal residency, or another contingency.
