The mission at Farm in the Dell is to transform disabilities into abilities. At Farm in the Dell of the Red River Valley, we provide employment for individuals with disabilities in our beautiful farm and garden setting. We teach these employees new life skills while providing them with employment opportunities that give them a sense of accomplishment and belonging.
