Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) is a not-for-profit mutual company owned by its members. BCBSND provides health coverage and related benefits to nearly 400,000 members as an independent licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association. Together with members, BCBSND is working to lead the way in promoting and implementation of member education and wellness programs, and creating systems and processes essential to assisting health care providers improve quality across the state. In addition to headquarters in Fargo, BCBSND maintains service offices in Bismarck, Grand Fork, Jamestown and Minot North Dakota. BCBSND has been a member of the Chamber of Commerce since 1963.
