Natalie brings over 15 years of experience in the counseling field and a deep understanding of hormonal and reproductive mental health. After navigating her own challenges with fertility treatments and postpartum recovery, she founded Prairieland Counseling Services in 2018 with a mission to support others through the mental health complexities tied to life’s transitions. As her practice has grown, so has her passion for helping people understand the connection between stress, hormones, and healing.
You’ll walk away with:
This isn’t your typical “be more resilient” pep talk. It’s a real, honest look at how women can harness the science of stress to lead stronger, healthier and more intentional lives—personally and professionally.
Join us for an energizing afternoon of insight, connection and, of course, desserts.
