Workforce Forum: Bridging Gaps, Creating Impact

Description
The Workforce Forum is an event all about helping our region meet its workforce needs. We are partnering with the Fargo Moorhead Human Resource Association (FMHRA) to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for attendees. Speakers will show you why inclusion and outreach are so important in our workforce. You’ll also learn about the role a strong workforce plays in the economy. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of Human Resources, local community resources and the role of non-profit agencies and industry partners in addressing workforce challenges. The Workforce Forum will also offer insight into the regional workforce landscape, including data on gaps and needs. Attendees also will have dedicated time to network with like-minded professionals dedicated to enhancing regional workforce outcomes.
