2025 HTTC Expo - School Registration Form

Registration deadline is Nov. 14.

Thank you for your interest in the Health, Tech and Trades Career Expo on Dec. 2, 2025, at the Fargodome.

Details to review before you register:

  • Schools must provide a Certificate of Insurance listing the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber as an additional insured and agree to the Commitment to Participate. Please review the commitment and upload your certificate before completing registration.
  • Each school will be scheduled for a 1 hour 15 minute time slot on the exhibit floor. You can select your preferred time to attend below. We will do our best to honor each request.
  • Lunch is not provided for students.
  • Students are the responsibility of the counselors, teachers, and chaperones. The Fargodome will be filled with hands-on activities for students. We encourage them to explore.

Approximately how many students will your school be bringing to the HTTC Expo? 

Please select up to three time slots that you prefer.

Each school is scheduled for a 1 hour 15 minute time slot on the exhibit floor.

It is our goal to create a great experience for students and manage the total number of students on the field at one time. Therefore, your preferred time slot is not guaranteed. A confirmed time will be communicated with you at a later date. 

(Some time slots have since been removed due to high demand.)

9:00 - 10:15 a.m.
9:15 - 10:30 a.m.
9:30 - 10:45 a.m.
9:45 - 11:00 a.m.
12:00 - 1:15 p.m.
12:15 - 1:30 p.m.
12:30 - 1:45 p.m.
12:45 - 2:00 p.m.
